1  Rustica brand 10″ parlor pizza crust
8 fresh purple figs
1 bunch of fresh basil
4-6 thinly sliced Parma prosciutto ham
3 tablespoons of fresh ricotta cheese or goat cheese
A drizzle of olive oil


Preheat the oven to 410° F (210° C).

For a tender crust, use a vented pizza pan or a cookie sheet. Spread the ricotta or the goat cheese on the pizza crust.  Place pizza directly onto the middle oven rack and bake until the crust is golden. Remove the pizza from the oven and add the slices of prosciutto into rosettes, the fresh figs cut in four and the basil leaves. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
