1 MIA brand whole grain 12″ pizza crust
8-12 fine thin slices of Chorizo sausage
1 endive
50g of Parmesan cheese shavings
3 tablespoons fresh mascarpone cheese
A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil


Preheat the oven to 410° F (210° C).

For a tender crust, use a vented pizza pan or a cookie sheet.  Spread the mascarpone cheese on the pizza crust and add the slices of chorizo sausage. Top with endive leaves (sliced in half). Bake 10-15 min. directly onto the middle oven rack until the crust is golden. Remove the pizza from the oven and top with parmesan shavings and drizzle with the olive oil.  Serve pizza hot.

Note: The cooking time may vary depending on the oven used, as well as quantities and types of ingredients.
