1 Rustica brand Caramelized Onions & Roasted Red Peppers Focaccia
1 thick slice of Gouda cheese
1 slice of Gruyère cheese
A pinch of fresh thyme
Cut a rectangle of focaccia and slice in half (slice off top of focaccia from bottom). Add the cheeses and fresh tyme to the bottom half and top with top part of the focaccia slice. Grill in a hot buttered skillet for 2-3 minutes and turn over for another 2 minutes until cheese is melted or grill in a hot buttered sandwhich press for 3 minutes. Cut in half diagonally and serve hot!
