1 Original Mia brand 12″ pizza crust
1 pouch of MIA pizza sauce (included)
4 Fresh basil leaves
200g Fresh cherry tomatoes (yellow and red)
1 ball of Fresh Buffalo mozzarella
A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Preheat the oven to 410° F (210° C). For a tender crust, use a vented pizza pan or a cookie sheet. Spread the tomato sauce onto the pizza crust and place directly onto the middle oven rack. Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden. Remove the pizza from the oven and add the tomatoes (cut in half), the mozzarella chunks and the basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil to taste.
