Ingredients
1 slab of Rustica Focaccia Garlic & Italian Herbs cut with a round cookie cutter
Smoked Salmon Slider
3 slices of smoked salmon per slider
1 Boston lettuce leaf per slider
Cream cheese
3-5 capers
1 slice of red onion (thinly sliced)
Black pepper
Prosciutto Slider
2 thin slices of Parma prosciutto
1 thin slice of provolone cheese
a few leaves of arugula lettuce
Harissa mayonnaise
Spicy Sopressata Slider
3-4 thin slices of spicy sopressata salami
1 leaf of Boston lettuce
1 thin slice of Swiss cheese
Old fashion Dijon mustard
Preparation
With the help of a cookie cutter, prepare the focaccia rounds.
Smoked Salmon Slider
Top one half of a precut round Focaccia slice with cream cheese, capers, smoked salmon, sliced red onions and a leaf of Boston lettuce. Sprinkle with black pepper (to taste) and top with the second half of the Focaccia slice.
Prosciutto Slider
Top one half of a precut round Focaccia slice with Harissa mayonnaise, Parma prosciutto, provolone cheese, and a few leaves of arugula lettuce. Top with the second half of the Focaccia slice.
Spicy Sopressata Slider
Top one half of a precut round Focaccia slice with old fashion Dijon mustard, sopressata salami, swiss cheese, and a leaf of Boston lettuce. Top with the second half of the Focaccia slice.
