Ingredients
1 Rustica focaccia Garlic Italian herbs & spices cut into 1/2 inch sticks
6-12 Shooter Glasses
Dip
250g mascarpone cheese
250g of cream cheese
2-3 Spring onions (quantity to taste), thinly sliced
A hint of white pepper
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients well in a small bowl. Cut focaccia into 1/2 inch sticks. Add 2 table spoons of dip at bottom of shooter glass and place a focaccia stick in each shooter glass.
