1 MIA brand Thin & Crispy pizza crust
1 Roasted chicken breast
10 Stems of green asparagus
1 bunch of cilantro
2 tablespoons sour cream
50g of asiago cheese shavings
Preheat the oven to 410° F (210° C).
For a tender crust, use a vented pizza pan or a cookie sheet. Spread the sour cream evenly onto the pizza crust and top with the chicken strips (roasted or grilled in advance), the asparagus (cut into four) and add Asiago cheese shavings. Bake 10-15 min. directly onto the middle oven rack until the crust is golden. Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with cilantro. Cut and serve hot!
